3.When you enter into a contract for us to provide photography services to you, we use your Personal Data to provide our photography services to you and this is done on the lawful basis of the provision of the contract of services between us and you. We can use your Personal Data in this way because we cannot provide our services to you unless we can use your Personal Data.

4.We also use your Personal Data to make suggestions to you about what photography services you would like to use (marketing). We can use your information in this way because it is in our interest in promoting and managing our business to do so.
