1.We are The Three Bears Photography (“we”, “us” and “our”) and are the Data Controller of the information we hold about you.

2.The information we hold about you forms part of your “Personal Data”. This includes the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Images

3.When you enter into a contract for us to provide photography services to you, we use your Personal Data to provide our photography services to you and this is done on the lawful basis of the provision of the contract of services between us and you. We can use your Personal Data in this way because we cannot provide our services to you unless we can use your Personal Data.

4.We also use your Personal Data to make suggestions to you about what photography services you would like to use (marketing). We can use your information in this way because it is in our interest in promoting and managing our business to do so. We balance this interest with any impact on you, and at any time you can ask us to stop using your information for this purpose.

6. Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. 9. We are only allowed to keep your information if we need it for the purposes set out above. We will keep it for your Personal Data for 7 years after we finish our contract with you.
